Hey There Sunshine Girl...

If you're anything like me you wish you had brighter whiter sparkly teeth... 2 years ago I discovered something that pleased me tremendously.... Plus White Teeth Whitening Gel!! This product is sensational, not only for the very small price tag, (roughly £8-9) but because it actually really works!! I used to use Crest Whitening strips and they are fabulous also but a lot more expensive. I saw a review on youtube about Plus White, thought what the heck let's give it a try, what a great feeling it was knowing I was getting the same results for a fraction of the price. My manager then brought me some more back from the US, and because it lasts so long I have a great supply. (Not to say I don't get the lazy bug and go months without using it)

It's very simple - you should buy the one with mouth tray included, and follow the instructions to make your own teeth mould. (Very simple, you dip the mouth mould in boiling water for roughly 6 seconds, take it out, put it in your mouth and mould it around your teeth. Maybe do this in the mirror so you see what you're doing, then when you've done this run in under cold water to set it)

Use the whitening gel every day for 15 mins maximum and after the second time, I guarantee you will see a difference in the shade of your pearlies ...

Enjoy the day Sunshine Girls!

360 Rotations to a Bountiful Bust

You may be having a war with your bust, grappling with it and trying to defy gravity.. Or you may be wondering if there's anything you can do to get a bust to grapple with... There is and it's very simple.
It's called the ' Chi Massage' ... it's an ancient Chinese breast massage that requires about 5-10 mins morning and evening. I learnt this from various places and so I gave it a go about 6 months ago - became extremely busy and didn't keep it up. Now I am back on track and thought I'd share it with you as it shapes and lifts your chests - then enlarges the bust if it is done consistently up to 3-4 months. It is good to keep practicing the exercise if you want to further your enlargement results and good to do it once or twice a week to keep your bust firm and lifted.
What works really well is using an oil (Almond oil would be great) mixed with a topical herbal extract such as fenugreek - fenugreek triggers breast growth in two ways: by mimicking the effects of estrogen and by stimulating the production of prolactin. Both of these hormones are crucial to the development of the breasts. Fenugreek safely and naturally stimulates tissue growth resulting in bigger, firmer, and fuller breasts (safe and FDA tested) Herbs that are absorbed by the skin are extremely potent, as they bypass the liver meaning they absorb straight into your blood stream and you get all the nutrients.

Ok so here goes ...
After applying some of your homemade bust boosting lotion, splay your whole hand and fingers firmly over your breasts - one in each hand. Begin making an inwards circular rotation (not outwards as this can decrease your bust size), so not just of your skin, your actual breast ... You are sort of pushing your breasts flat against your chest and rotating all the volume and tissue inwards, in essence the palm of your hand should be doing most of the work. Once around counts as one rotation. You need to do 360 rotations in total, now I'm not saying your wrist will thank you but you can do one at a time taking turns, but all in all you must end up at 360 rotations. This will take you a maximum of 10 minutes, and you need to perform this exercise twice daily, morning and night. Fenugreek liquid extract can be purchased from Holland and Barrett and quite a few other health foods stores, you should buy the best quality herbs. Green Bush online provide amazing quality. (Fenugreek does smell of maple syrup so may want to mix a few drops of a peppermint essential oil to help with that.)

If you don't want to enlarge your bust you can use any lotion and perform this exercise to lift and shape your bust for rounder and slightly fuller breasticles.

Chanel Un Snood

Today I thought I'd share with you a technique I absolutely adore - the simple art of weaving. It is pleasing to the eye and gives fine detail in most things. The snood has once again put itself up to volunteer and today has developed into something a little more special...

Before you begin here is your shopping list: 12 metres of ribbon, about 1.5cm in width - roughly £5-7 for 12metres, (leather, suede, grossgrain or perfectly normal ribbon will work well) Fabric Glue, Scissors (which you already probably have - I hope)
The ribbon you will find in any haberdashery shop or John Lewis.

Let's get Going...

You are going to weave the ribbon evenly through the holes of the knitted snood. Going all the way around  until you  meet with where you began. Leave a good 30cm then cut the ribbon. (You must leave 30cm because when you put this on you will see you need a lot of 'ease' in the skirt as the ribbon won't stretch (unless of course you've brought some Spandex ribbon).

Weave all of the snood so roughly 7-8 rows, maybe more depending on the length of your snood. Making sure the rows are evenly spaced and the start and end positions are in roughly the same place for every row. When you finish - put the snood - now - skirt on so that the lose ribbon ends are hanging in front of you. Now you will see why it was necessary to leave a good amount of ribbon, as you'll only have about 5cm left once you have put it on. Now is the time you can cut some of the ribbon ends if they are too long, if they are roughly 3-4cm don't cut anything off. Remove the skirt, lay it flat and with your fabric glue begin to join the ribbon ends - placing one end on top of the adjoining end.

Leave this to dry (Fabric glue drying times vary so follow the drying time of the one you've brought) . When it is dry it is ready to turn inside out, so all the jointing points are on the inside and not visible to anyone. (This skirt is exactly the same inside out so don't think it's not going to be as good when you reverse it)

.....

Enjoy Beauties...

I Must I Must Uplift My Butt... More

Ok so some of you may be used to Bulgarian lunges and want some thing to kick your butt into high gear action.. This exercise will make you not want to sit down the next day but is so powerful that you will see results in about a week. I'm going to go through with you methodically how you do it - what you need to do to see results quickly is do this every morning and every evening. You do it first thing when you wake up - and just before you go to bed (maybe you'll want to do it before you are really tired because you won't get the most out of your body.

Ok, there are no repetitions or sets involved what you need to do is do it until you 'Burn Out' (which means push yourself so you literally cannot do any more) then each day you add 1 or 2 more repetitions then you did the previous day. So if you managed to complete 15 repetitions of the exercise on each leg, the next day you should do 16 or 17 on each leg. This exercise I learnt from Nick Nilsson and it really is Superb. I'm giving you another warning now... you will feel this in your bottom the next day and I am not kidding.

This is your starting position, you need to wedge a chair to a door frame so that it is secure and cannot move. You can allow the door to close also with the chair wedged between like I have so that it really won't budge. Start by placing your right leg on the ground and your right hand holding the door frame (slightly above waist level). Your left leg should be balanced firmly on the chair because soon you are going to put all your weight on this leg to draw yourself upwards into a standing position on the chair...

Now you begin to draw yourself up with your left leg (the chair firmly on the chair) all your weight should be in this leg and you should feel the power your muscles are putting into this exercise as you raise yourself upwards into a standing position.

So now you've assumed a standing position you are going to lower yourself again but without letting your right foot  (the  one that was on the floor) touch the floor again. Instead you are going to bend it, and lower yourself again - allowing that right leg to come just below the seat of the chair. In other words you are lunging without letting your foot touch the floor -  lunging on a chair. (It gives more range in the muscles targeted). Try not to use your hands to pull you up and lower you down, the power should come from your leg taking it's turn on the chair.

So this is the end position, allow your knee to dip just below the chair seat and do not let your feet touch the floor keep your leg bent. This is the end of the motion, after this you draw yourself up again to standing position (using the foot placed on the chair) and  repeat this exercise of bending down and standing up and each of these movements count for 1 repetition. So if you can do 7 - Great! 10 - Fabulous! 15+ Check you out Superstar

So now all you need to do is swap legs when you have finished the repetitions on one leg. Remember to do the same on each leg, you really don't want to end up with one Gluteus Maximus and One Gluteus Minimus.

Back-To-Front

Ok, so here we have a garment that you would associate with hmmm well candles and lets say 'cuddling'... but what I like to do is turn it back to front and wear it casually with jeans and a tank, or to put it on top of low back dresses (not very low, but say a dress that has a v-neck at the back). You can dress it up and dress it down in this way. It has a kimono type style to it, and because of the texture and sheerness it is a 'grown-up playful' look.

This piece I brought from H&M (in the lingerie section) for £24.99. Unfortunately this was 2 years ago, but that's not a problem because you may already have one and if not will find something similar in an array of shops or online. You don't have to use black either, a slate grey, taupe or navy would be superb.

Your back will thank you for the looks it gets, it's never received this kind of attention ;-)

I Must I Must Uplift My Butt

I've not yet had a conversation where the subject of butts doesn't come with a negative connotation... They run along the lines of  'It really needs lifting, toning, shaping, plumping, reducing or de-celluliting.' If this doesn't sound your alarms, and you're not smirking in recognition, you need to add this to your CV...

The reason I write today about our little cushion pads is because for many women, their shape (or lack of ) causes unhappiness... And there is no reason why we should be unhappy when there are such simple things we can do to improve it.

I'm going to show you an exercise which will sort out a multitude of problems... It will uplift your bum, shape and tone it, and it steals brownie points for also toning and shaping your thighs.

You should do this exercise twice a week, say Monday and Thursday allowing your muscles these days in between to replenish themselves, and if you are going to go for the option of using weights, these in between days are 'growth' days.

Place two chairs exactly like I have, hold onto the one in front. Do one leg at a time - here I have started with my left leg up and right leg straight down. You are going to bend so that your right leg is parallel to the floor whilst keeping you head up and back straight. This is a Bulgarian lunge, and all you do is repeat the motion of bending down and using the foot on the floor to push you up (not your hands holding the chair).
So here is the angle you will be at when you bend down (a 90 degree angle). You should start by doing one leg ten times and then switch to the other. You should have a one minute break and then do another repetition of ten on each leg. So each leg would have had 20 lunges in total each. This will be week one, then week three (when your body gets used to this) you could add another repetition to take it up to 30 lunges on each leg. (With a minutes break in between of course)

If you are trying to build volume into your butt, after the first week of doing this like I have showed, you should try adding a backpack on your back with a few weighted items in it. (Books usually do a great job) No you will not look like 'Muscle Butt' .. so don't get put off by using weights. Weights are a great way to shape and sculpt your body when used correctly.

Put your Best Butt first... Happy Scooping, Sculpting, Toning and Building Beauties

Thrifty and Fabulous

Beauty tips that don't have you saying 'I can't I'm broke'....

  • Eye lashes you're first, so perk up... castor oils got the mojo. The power to seduce you into lushious shape! Wash an old mascara wand thoroughly and soak it in boiled salt water to make sure it's really clean, then every day use it as your applicator to dip into your castor oil bottle applying a light coating before bed. You'll see results of longer, thicker and healthier lashes in roughly 4 weeks, it's a good tip to sustain and not give up.
  • Absolutely wear Sun protection everyday with and UVA & UVB protection in it also. If you want healthy skin to a ripe old age, with minimal wrinkles this is the first and foremost most important beauty secret. (Even if you already have wrinkles but want to start looking after your skin and reversing some of the damage) The trick is finding a good one at Spf 30 or higher (everyday wear is a must even in winter because the UV rays emitted through the clouds, are at times more powerful then just the sun) This knowledge comes from my great friend Mrs D... an  Aesthetician  who is 42 and looks 15 years younger then her age! Skinceuticals make a great one - Ultimate UV Defense SPF 30, it's roughly £25 & you can read reviews here
  • www.makeupalley.com/product/showreview.asp/ItemId=21849/Ultimate_UV_Defense_SPF_30/Skinceuticals/Sunscreen
  • Olay also has a great one, Olay complete spf 30 UV defence moisturiser, which ranges from £12 upwards depending on where you buy it online (I suggest buying certain things online - like beauty products because you won't believe how much you are being ripped off in store for exactly the same product!). These can be applied ontop of your normal moisturiser and absorb so easily without the pale ghostly look and more importantly without the grease.
  • Almond oil... an intense natural body moisturiser, keeps your skin glowing and supple.
  • Try Soaking green tea teabags for minute or so, just by making a tea and lay down with a few dotted over your face. Great antioxidant skin benefits (then don't waste the tea you've made-drink it!)
  • Exfoliate your lips with sugar and honey or sugar and olive oil once a week, the honey option mixed with a bit of lemon will lighten your lips naturally if you re lips have become discolored from smoking or the sun.
  • Veet wax strips. Oh my gosh... what a great product! Easy waxing with salon results. You DIY and your legs will happily stay hair free for up to 3 weeks. If you have the budget you could invest  in an epilator which is a device that also pulls hair from the roots for again long lasting hair free legs
  • Always have a lip-seal to hand... ( you never know what you may need puckering up for, and chapped lips just won't do).... Vaselines Rosy Stick is absolutely amazing, you can be barefaced and wear it and your face looks fresh and alive. Its roughly £3 you can buy it in Superdrug or online, you can also dab some on your cheeks for the same rosy tint of colour. It's a must I keep one in every room!
  • Nails: Invest in a nail buffer, a pharmacy one will do, it doesn't have to come from Jessica. File your nails into a shape that suits your hand generally square or rounded, no funny shapes... smooth and buff them with the stages on your buffer.
  • Lemons- Cut one open and dig your nails into it, immerse them in the pulp of it for ten minutes, watch something good so you're not tempted to take them out too soon.
  • Use solar oil on your cuticles afterwards and massage into nails. your nails will look groomed, and be healthy and stronger in no time. Use solar oil every day and lemon once a week, easy natural manicured nails...

Think BIG ... Be Happy Gain Wealth

We all want to know something - a secret a tip, a fast track way that's going to Apollo 11 our way to our desires, our success or our wealth. Well today's not your lucky day, but it will give you some very useful advise, a huge dose of optimism (who gets anywhere without it?) and allow time for a reality check.... Nothing's going to change unless you do. So today I'm sharing with you rules I've learnt from books, people and quite frankly doing the exact opposite!

  • Think BIG , very BIG. Think about what you want. What exactly do you want to achieve? If you're working in say a low paid catering role but want to be a writer, you need to set yourself some goals. Weekly, monthly and maybe an annual realistic, honest goal that you put down on paper and commit yourself to nothing less then sticking to it. (Imagine if there was NO chance of you failing - what would you dare to do?) Take the step. Do it. Have your goals looking at you everyday when wake up.Most people want to be wealthy - but can't be bothered. Nothing's going to change unless you do.
  • Firstly decipher between financial 'needs' and 'wants' all the time. With everything.
  • Know where you are before you start (financially) you're laying out your tools before you begin your job. So write out all your incomings and outgoings, every small detail. Even adding up those every day coffees, those weekly salads and even those impulse buys which you think are invisible and won't really come out your bank balance! Remember a fool and his money are easily parted, because the fool doesn't have a plan and fritters his money away instead of saving or investing. (No help for the new business idea or career move) In your plan you know exactly what does & does not fit into it.

  • Your plan will include all aspects of taking financial control. So debts will be covered as a primary concern. It could involve a new business idea, a career change, no spending excesses, investing money, saving capital, or selling things. It is well known that buying and selling things (doing deals) generates a lot of money. (Think sample sales - how about that as a start, buy and then sell designer products online) Whatever this plan includes... Stick to it.
  • Google COMPOUND INTEREST. Learn as much as you can about it...
  • Do as the wealthy do, notice the sections of the paper they read ... They certainly aren't choosing the gossip and fashion section over the finance and business!

Just remember, never sit back and wait for money, success or your dreams to fall from the sky... You have hands to allow you to grab a hold.

"Hey Good Legging"

So after 4 years of leggings being the height of fashion, you must have racked up quite a few pairs of the 'daily wear and tear' ones, well... instead of splashing out when trying to think of something comfortable and stylish to wear - why not grab a pair of printed, lace or mesh patterned tights and put them on on top of your faithfuls?

These will set you back no more then £10.00 and as well as looking edgy they give alot of texture too (brownie points)... so you'll be sporting a 'new era' of the legging!

DIY Snood Into Skirt

Ok... So here we have a very simple, and I must mention (cheap) snood from Primark £6 to be precise. I have used it all winter as its intended use (so excuse that it is a little worn!), but now I want to share with you another item of clothing that this fabulous tube of wool can transform into....

Introducing the SNOOD...

But slide it a little southwards on your body And....

           Hello Skirt

Happy Sliding and Belt Styling Beauties.

Do's and Don'ts of Style (not fashion)

  • Do dare to go bare and wear no nail polish... (But Just not without soaking them in lemon juice to make sure the tips are white!)
  • Do roll up the hem of your jeans and leggings - you can change the look of your whole outfit
  • Do add your own beauty spot to your face & work your inner 50s Girl
  • Do wear coloured shoes, flats as well as heels
  • Do use bleach to paint logos/slogans on plain t-shirts and rock it like you brought it
  • Do cut some old jeans into summer shorts and take a trip to a haberdashery shop and add studs, tassels or whatever else floats your boat
  • Do invest in a perfume that's your 'signature'... that unforgettable smell
  • Do do Mens clothing... oversized shirts, jumpers (belt it if you must) hats, glasses... just cool.
  • Find a cool good quality unique brooch, one that is very you and put it in an unexpected place, like the nape of your neck on a jacket (Imagine an oversized oxidised silver ladybird on the nape of your neck on a edgy crop jacket!), or the side of your handbag, or a smaller brooch at the bottom of some skinny jeans with heels.
  • Do, definitely do show your back and not your front... that's right high neck backless tops/dresses... yup bring your 'Sexy Back'. Your back is sensual and I'd go as far as to say more then your front assets!
  • Do use an old style elegant paper hand fan in summer, one of those you can whip open - supreme summer accessory (especially for S/S'13)

  • Don't live in Black
  • Don't be so matchy matchy, what's more of a statement then some whimsical combinations?
  • Don't be afraid of coloured coats in the winter, find a colour that suits you, but if you really must wear black - wear some printed or coloured leather gloves .... go for it.
  • Don't forget your sunglasses - more so for protection from UV rays and wrinkle formation then merely for style (hehe who am I kidding?!)
  • Don't be embarrassed if you shop in a cheap fast fashion store, the key is to mix it up with other brands, its a great feeling to get a bargain and make it look good!
  • Don't wear 'On trend' jeans, just because they are 'On trend', if they don't suit you- they don't suit you. Don't pretend to yourself, look in the mirror and be honest and find a shape that actually works, whether its skinny, high waised, low-rise, wide leg, carrot cut, cropped... pair them with other seasonal key pieces, tops, accessories, shoes, hairstyle... and you're on to something, style + confidence = winner.
  • Don't Ever walk with your head down, even if you don't feel great, hold your head up breathe in the fresh air and smile, then allow your positive actions to make you feel good
  • Don't feel like you have to make an effort every day, bedhead hair, curled eyelashes and lipseal are the height of sexy.
  • Don't think you can't be stylish without money... it's just not true.

Cretan Adventure

Yup... It's exactly what it looks like driving on the edge of a cliff, without anything bar a few rocks to stop you from toppling over! Hmmm God knows how I did it, but I did for many many hours in a left hand drive car (which I really don't get) and up many many escalating mountains (some which we had to use our feet to walk down!!) and in the pitch darkness...eeeeeek

So this was a big part of an Island Travel Adventure, in the glorious Crete. An adventure that was filled with sights that mesmerised and satisfied like nothing I can compare them to, (maybe because a lot of them were the reward of some hard grafting driving up mountains, walking miles down, getting lost 5 hours away from the destination and spending the night in unknown towns! ... yes they really did gratify when we reached them)

The trip started off in the paradise destination of Malia (for those who have been you will know how utterly sarcastic I am being) through no choice of our own, but through  my partners company  who provided this holiday for us - an incentive won for a job well done. You would have thought they begrudged his job well done when you saw the smear stained toilet seat and brown sheets of the hotel they sent us to!! .... That was enough, I couldn't stay there even if someone paid me 1 million pounds. So... the adventure began. It was 5 am in the morning and we went to a beach side Taverna and thought of our plan of action, while changing into some fresh clothes (yup, out in the open!).

I was in no mood for optimism and was talking of wanting to go home to London, thank God that I have a partner who is the epitome of optimism and grabbed me by the hand and led the way to the most fantastic travelling holiday of my life! He ordered a taxi to the capital of Crete, Iraklion (an absolute fortune) found the most friendliest chic hotel, stayed for one night, hired a car the next day and the adventure began. I won't write an essay but I'll just say if this ever happens to you, do as we did, don't be afraid to hire a car, go it alone and travel. See the culture and the locals, go to as many coasts as you can, and if you happen to go to the beautiful Island of Crete... Pleeeease visit the following places:-

- Elasfonisi Beach (West Coast - Where the old bounty adverts were filmed- you'll know why once you're there)
-Balos Beach (North/West Coast - An exotic paradise that opens before your eyes from no where)
-Aghios Nikolaos ( A supreme sight at night)
-Spinalonga Island (A historical trip, this Island was a leper Colony)
-Agia Galini (This small town is in the mountains of the South coast, rustic and the people have a spark in their hearts)
Vie (East Crete - Exotic place filled with palm trees)

Clear Skin... And Sweet Corn

'Sweet Corn'.... most people discard this vegetable as something that just tastes great and maybe quite starchy.. However, it is a vegetable that really can't afford to be shunned. There is a very successful skincare brand that many of you will have heard of named SkinCeuticals. They produce an award winning product called CE Ferulic serum, this serum sells for on average £90 for 30ml. This is quite a lot, and so you can imagine that people can be skeptical before they buy, but they have a huge clientèle now that word of mouth has spread on how great this product is. That is attributed largely to the content of Ferulic Acid in it. Now you are probably wondering where sweet corn comes in.... right here! Sweet Corn has a much much higher Ferulic Acid Content then any other fruit or vegetable, and further to that not many fruit or vegetables include this potent element - the others are apples, pineapples and asparagus.

Ferulic acid is more easily absorbed by the body, more then any other antioxidant including Vitamin C, meaning it neutralizes free radicals in the body which cause damage to the cell membranes and DNA in the body. In some cases (to add to its great benefits already) it has provided protection against cancer, menopausal symptoms and bone degeneration.

I work in a place where I serve clients who have a lot of disposable income, and when I see a lady with nice skin, I ask her what she uses and it is 9 times out of 10 CE Ferulic Acid by SkinCeuticals... so join me in the flawless skin journey the natural way!

Clear Beautiful Skin

Even at 24 years old, I'm still vying for that Beautiful Clear Skin - Well I was until I gave up being depressed and used that energy to research how to get that 'dewy natural beauty look.' I've always loved the 'bed head, fresh faced, barely there' look but never been able to achieve it feeling tinted moisturiser was too sheer, and then foundations just don't have that same 'naturalness' to them. I always felt under my eyes were still dark and a few blemishes and dark marks needed super covering and tinted moisturiser just didn't have that power in it to make me feel confident.

I started researching for two weeks straight on how and what I could do to feel confident without make up. I knew that my skin always looked plumper and more even toned when I ate Clementines and Grapes, before I even started researching... so I used this information to find out why. So to begin; Clementines are full of Vitamin C, which protects our DNA, lipids and Proteins from oxidative free radical damage, as well as providing collagen formation (We know how important collagen is for our skin, and as we get older we lose so much of it leading the way to wrinkles). Grapes also have the same benefits, in fact the Grapeseeed contains more powerful antioxidants.  The components are 50 times stronger than Vitamin E and 20 times stronger than Vitamin C.

This was a good start and a very promising supplement I could look into taking, which was easily found at a health foods store. I remembered a few years back I had read about a Chinese Papaya soap that evened out skin tone and eliminated blemishes. I found myself later at the local Chinese herbal shop in West London finding out more about it. They indeed had this Papaya soap it was one of their best sellers - because it apparently lived up to those claims! They told me it was a natural exfoliator so it very quickly gives the skin it's overall clarity back. It also has a huge concentration of Vitamin A in it.

I had learnt two natural ways which I was soon going to learn were going to improve my skin dramatically. The next 'super ingredient' I came across was 'Rosehip Oil' , I read reviews on Natural Moisturisers and this one was raved about and came out tops, by people achieving amazing results in a very short period of time.

http://www.makeupalley.com/product/showreview.asp/ItemId=69833/Rosehip_Oil/Trilogy/Skincare_-_Face

Rosehip oil is an intensive moisturiser, but never too much, it is perfect for all skin types, normal and dry. It smooths out wrinkles and protects against further ones forming. It nourishes the skin, restores normal skin colour and is a topical retinoic acid (Vitamin A). So there - I had my new regime. A new cleanser, moisturiser and a supplement to take orally to aid my topical applications.

I'd always had the knowledge that exfoliation was crucial to skin health, but always thought once a week was enough. After speaking to an  Aesthetician she told me exfoliation needs to be carried out 3 times a week followed by a mask once a week in order to attain clear beautiful skin.

Lastly there are a few avenues which I am still on the way to trying and incorporating into my regime because I have researched them and find they are too 'powerful superfoods' for the skin. The first is Flaxseed oil, as it contains high levels of Omega 3 and 6 which keep the skin cell membranes soft and smooth. Many skin problems like acne and eczema are partly due to the modern diet and the fact that it lacks Omega 3 and 6 and essential fatty acids. Flaxseed oil prevents clogging of the pores, which is what can lead to acne.

As well as trying to include distilled water and Green tea into my regime for overall health and clear beautiful skin, I am feeling sooo much better and my skin is really thanking me after 4 weeks, I can quite happily go without my foundation! ;-)
